New Revenue for Beverly Hills
The 9600 Wilshire project will create new value and sources of revenue, dining, public accessibility, public landscaping and road improvements:
- Significant investment in enhanced sidewalks and streetscape on Bedford, Peck and Camden to elevate the neighborhood, pedestrian experience and calm traffic
- 100 garage parking spaces for residents of the area for overnight parking and weekend parking
- A publicly accessible Terrace for a casual bite to eat, read or meet up with friends
- New landscaping on all three streets to create an improved tree canopy and green entry to the neighborhood
- All landscaping and street improvements maintained by 9600 Wilshire
- Sustainable infrastructure to support landscape
- New revenue to the City from site-generated property tax and sales tax produced by onsite retail, dining and ancillary uses, as well as new spending at businesses across the Triangle by office and Peck residents
